Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to a diverse and international clientele; proactively engage shoppers and convert interest into sales.
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns and exchanges with accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards; ensure sales floor is stocked, organized and reflective of brand guidelines.
- Support inventory control and stockroom operations including receiving, labeling and replenishment; assist in cycle counts and loss-prevention measures.
- Meet individual and store sales targets through effective clienteling, product knowledge and suggestive selling.
- Assist with fitting room management, order fulfilment, and handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Work collaboratively with store team and management to execute promotions, floor moves and seasonal resets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or hospitality qualification preferred.
- Legally authorised to work in the United States and able to pass background checks as required.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays; reliable punctuality.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal presence aligned with premium retail standards.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; 0–2 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred. Prior experience in fashion, premium or outlet retail is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, hospitality or related field is a plus.
