Role & Responsibilities
- Embrace and execute the Burberry Experience during all customer interactions, maintaining luxury brand standards and image
- Consistently meet individual sales goals while demonstrating Burberry Behaviours and strong selling skills
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating superior interpersonal and communication talent
- Build customer loyalty through active client development, follow-through, and maintenance of an up-to-date client book
- Execute all Cultivate requirements including courtesy emails, customer reactivation, and capture compliance
- Maintain selling floor visual standards according to Burberry guidelines, including monthly floorsets, merchandise placement, and replenishment
- Ensure fitting room cleanliness and proper merchandise presentation with correctly placed, concealed pricing tickets
- Maintain floor presence throughout shifts, ensuring the space is ready for customers at shift start and fully replenished at shift end
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processes, bi-annual inventory, pre-sale activities, and stockroom organization
- Participate in store contests and promotional initiatives to drive engagement and sales performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Advanced knowledge of point-of-sale systems and store operations
- Proven track record of driving sales and consistently meeting sales targets
- Strong clienteling background and ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Excellent customer service delivery skills and professionalism
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
- Relevant interest in fashion and design
