Role & Responsibilities
- Embrace the Burberry Experience and adhere to brand standards, demonstrating the Burberry Behaviours in all customer interactions
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals while driving units per transaction (UPT) and average transaction value (ATV)
- Provide exceptional customer service, applying superior selling techniques and interpersonal communication
- Build and maintain an up-to-date client book; actively develop customer loyalty through relationship management, courtesy communications, and reactivation initiatives
- Execute monthly floorsets and maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines, including merchandise placement, folding, replenishment, and ticket placement
- Ensure selling floor readiness at shift start and completion, maintaining cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms throughout the day
- Assist in inventory processes, markdown procedures, pre-sale activities, and stockroom organization
- Meet capture compliance and customer data collection requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proven ability to drive sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong clienteling background and customer relationship management expertise
- Advanced proficiency with point-of-sale systems and store management software
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and design
- Excellent customer service delivery skills
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
