Burberry Sales Associate position in Livermore, California. Drive luxury retail sales, develop client relationships, and deliver the Burberry Experience. $19.00–$20.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embrace the Burberry Experience during all customer interactions and maintain luxury brand standards and image
- Consistently meet individual sales goals while exhibiting Burberry Behaviours and strong selling skills
- Develop and maintain client relationships through active client development and a detailed, up-to-date client book
- Execute Cultivate program requirements including courtesy emails, customer reactivation, and capture compliance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by executing monthly floorsets and ensuring proper merchandise presentation
- Manage selling floor maintenance by replenishing stock, properly folding and hanging items, and placing tickets correctly
- Ensure floor presence throughout shifts by arriving ready, keeping the floor active, and restocking before shift end
- Maintain fitting room cleanliness and organization
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processing, bi-annual inventory, pre-sale activities, and stockroom organization
- Participate in store contests and achieve pre-sale goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and store technology
- Strong clienteling background with proven experience in client development
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and consistently meet sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication abilities
- Relevant interest in fashion and design
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment, with proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets. Strong background in clienteling and customer relationship management required.
