Burberry Sales Associate position in Livermore, CA—drive luxury retail excellence through sales expertise, client relationships, and Burberry Experience execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently meet individual sales goals while exhibiting the Burberry Behaviours and embracing the Burberry Experience
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating superior selling skills and interpersonal talent
- Build and maintain an up-to-date client book, cultivating loyalty through active client development and follow-through
- Execute all Cultivate program requirements including courtesy emails, customer reactivation, and capture compliance
- Maintain visual standards by executing monthly floorsets, replenishing merchandise, and ensuring proper presentation and ticketing
- Ensure the selling floor remains clean, organized, and ready for customers at the beginning and end of each shift
- Manage fitting room cleanliness and maintenance throughout the day
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processes, bi-annual inventory, and stock room organization
- Participate in store contests, pre-sale initiatives, and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and store technology platforms
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong clienteling background and demonstrated ability to build customer relationships
- Excellent customer service skills and commitment to service excellence
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience, with preference for background in luxury retail or high-end fashion environments. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, combined with proven expertise in client development and retention programs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion merchandising, or business coursework is advantageous.

Compensation
