Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Burberry Experience at every customer touchpoint, consistently meeting and striving to exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date client book; proactively cultivate client relationships through follow-up communications, invitations, reactivation and capture activities.
- Execute exemplary selling and customer service techniques, demonstrating superior interpersonal and communication skills to close sales and enhance lifetime client value.
- Maintain visual standards and merchandising directives: execute monthly floor sets, replenish merchandise, folding and ticketing according to brand guidelines.
- Sustain active floor presence: arrive ready for selling, manage fitting rooms, replenish stock as sold, and ensure the selling floor is customer-ready at all times.
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processes, bi-annual inventory, stockroom organisation and pre-sale objectives; ensure orderly handling and storage of pulled stock.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving client development.
- Strong clienteling experience with demonstrated ability to build customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in a luxury or premium retail environment and demonstrable success meeting sales metrics is preferred.
Education
