Role & Responsibilities
- Embrace the Burberry Experience and adhere to training guidelines to reflect luxury brand standards and image
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals whilst exhibiting Burberry Behaviours
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong selling skills with motivation to succeed
- Demonstrate superior interpersonal and communication talent in all customer interactions
- Build customer loyalty through active client development, follow-through, and detailed client book maintenance
- Execute all Cultivate programme requirements including courtesy communications, customer reactivation, and capture compliance
- Maintain visual standards across the selling floor by executing monthly floorsets and visual techniques
- Ensure proper merchandise placement, hanging, replenishment, folding, and ticket placement according to Burberry guidelines
- Maintain active floor presence throughout shifts, ensuring the selling floor is ready for customers and replenished at day's end
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processes, bi-annual inventory, stockroom maintenance, and pre-sale activities
- Participate in store contests and maintain organised stockroom with responsibility for proper stock placement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting sales targets
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and store management systems
- Strong clienteling background and demonstrated ability to build customer relationships
- Excellent customer service standards and attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment, preferably within the luxury sector. Demonstrated expertise in driving sales performance, meeting targets, and executing client development strategies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further fashion, retail, or business education preferred.
