Boutique at La Roca Village (Barcelona) seeks a Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service and drive retail sales in La Roca del Vallès.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to walk-in and appointment clients, building long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling of product ranges.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards to brand guidelines, ensuring the boutique remains immaculate and commercially optimised.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, manage returns/exchanges and handle cash with accuracy and integrity.
  • Support stock management activities including receiving, labelling, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coordinate with the store management and central teams on product allocations, client requests and after-sales service.
  • Participate in store meetings, training and seasonal rollouts to ensure knowledge of new collections, services and promotional activity.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for high-touch, client-facing retail service; previous experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to brand presentation, operations and loss-prevention standards.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, peak sales periods and promotional events.
