Role & Responsibilities
- Exceed personal and store sales targets by executing key retail-led growth strategies, leveraging franchising, operational efficiency, and cross-category product development
- Develop new customer relationships whilst maintaining existing customer connections, embodying and adhering to the Burberry Experience during all customer interactions
- Cultivate customer loyalty by actively prospecting clients and converting them into loyal patrons through targeted communication and Client Book management
- Execute visual merchandising standards in compliance with company guidelines and monthly floorset requirements, including product placement, replenishment, and discreet pricing
- Maintain active floor presence throughout business hours, ensuring the sales floor and fitting rooms remain guest-ready and immaculately presented
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processes, annual inventory management, sales events, stock transfers, and warehouse organization
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of professional experience in luxury retail or related industry
- Secondary school diploma or higher (including associate and bachelor degree holders)
- Fashion-related degree preferred
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail management platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Fashion and design acumen with demonstrated passion for luxury brands
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of professional experience in luxury retail or a related industry; prior experience in luxury goods sales or high-end customer service is preferred.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred. Fashion-related degree holder given preference.
