Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Burberry Experience in every customer interaction and consistently achieve individual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date client book and execute clienteling activities (relationship emails, reactivation, invitations, capture compliance) to grow loyalty and repeat business.
  • Provide exemplary luxury-level customer service and high-quality selling, demonstrating superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and floor standards according to Burberry guidelines, including monthly floorsets, replenishment, folding, ticket placement and garment presentation.
  • Ensure strong floor presence: begin shifts prepared, keep selling floor active and orderly, manage fitting room maintenance and end-of-day readiness.
  • Support back-of-house operations: assist with markdowns, bi-annual inventory, stockroom organisation, pre-sale goals and store contests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of sales experience; experience in a luxury or premium retail environment strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving client development.
  • Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer-service skills.
  • Motivated, results-driven and adaptable to change with a genuine interest in fashion and design.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and cultivate client relationships.

This position is based in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22 to CAD 23 per hour.
