Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and consultative selling.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients using personalized clienteling techniques and CRM tools.
  • Deliver an elevated, brand-compliant client experience on the sales floor, including product storytelling and after-sales service.
  • Maintain boutique standards: merchandising, visual presentation, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and manage transactions, receipts and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Support in-store events, private appointments and trunk shows aimed at VIP clients and prospects.
  • Report sales activity, client feedback and market intelligence to store management in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies, service protocols and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion or accessories.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanour.
  • High level of discretion when handling VIP clients and confidential information.
