Role & Responsibilities
- Embrace and execute the Burberry Experience across all customer interactions, maintaining luxury brand standards and image
- Consistently meet individual sales goals while exhibiting Burberry Behaviours and driving store financial performance
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date client book, implementing active clienteling strategies including courtesy communications and relationship nurturing
- Execute monthly floorsets and maintain visual merchandising standards according to Burberry guidelines, including proper merchandise placement, folding, hanging, and ticketing
- Ensure the selling floor is prepared and replenished at the start and end of each shift, maintaining an active presence throughout the day
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processes, bi-annual inventory management, pre-sale activities, and stockroom organization
- Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating superior interpersonal and communication skills across all transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Advanced knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and store management systems
- Strong clienteling background and proven ability to build customer loyalty
- Demonstrated experience driving sales and consistently meeting sales targets
- Passionate interest in fashion and design
- Ability to work flexibly within a team-oriented environment

Experience
