Role & Responsibilities
- Embrace and execute the Burberry Experience and training guidelines to uphold luxury brand standards and image
- Consistently meet individual sales goals while exhibiting Burberry Behaviours and demonstrating excellent customer service and selling skills
- Build and maintain client loyalty through active client development, detailed client book management, and cultivation activities including courtesy communications and reactivation efforts
- Maintain visual floor standards by executing monthly floorsets, replenishing merchandise, proper folding and hanging, and ensuring tickets are placed discretely inside items
- Ensure floor presence and maintenance by arriving ready for customers, maintaining an organized and replenished selling floor throughout shifts, and cleaning fitting rooms
- Assist with back-of-house operations including mark-down processes, bi-annual inventory, pre-sale activities, stock room organization, and contest participation
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and maintain compliance with capture requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Strong clienteling background and proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems
- Excellent customer service capabilities and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Results-driven mindset with flexibility and adaptability to change
- Relevant interest in fashion and design
