Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face client service, proactively engaging customers and building long-term relationships through personalised advice and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by converting traffic, maximising basket value and executing targeted clienteling activities.
- Maintain brand presentation standards on the sales floor, including visual merchandising, garment steaming and replenishment to ensure an impeccable boutique environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process sales, returns and exchanges; ensure accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations.
- Manage stockroom activities: receive deliveries, perform inventory checks, prepare allocations and report stock discrepancies.
- Support after-sales service and client enquiries, coordinating alterations, repairs or special requests with store and central teams.
- Contribute to daily sales reporting, participate in staff meetings and provide market feedback to store management.
Qualifications
- Fluent Korean with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong commercial awareness and ability to meet sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or hospitality preferred.
- Professional appearance and a detailed understanding of luxury service standards.
- Legal authorization to work in South Korea.
