Full-time Sales Associate position at Burberry's premium outlet in Cypress, Texas. Drive luxury retail sales, customer relationships, and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embrace and execute the Burberry Experience across all customer interactions while maintaining luxury brand standards and image
- Consistently meet individual sales goals and key performance indicators (UPT, ATV, client development) while exhibiting Burberry Behaviours
- Develop and maintain an active client book, executing cultivate requirements including courtesy communications, client invitations, and reactivation campaigns
- Execute monthly floorsets and maintain visual standards in accordance with Burberry guidelines, including merchandise placement, folding, hanging, and ticketing
- Ensure selling floor readiness at beginning of shift and replenishment at end of shift, maintaining clean and organized stockroom
- Provide exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication to all clientele and team members
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processes, bi-annual inventory, pre-sale activities, and stock management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Advanced proficiency with POS systems and store management software
- Strong clienteling background and proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client relationship management
- Passion for fashion and design with understanding of product categories
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience, preferably within a luxury retail setting. Proven track record in driving sales performance and meeting or exceeding individual and team targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail or business education preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Cypress, Texas, USA, with easy access to Houston.
