Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the Burberry Experience, maintaining luxury brand standards and image
- Meet individual sales goals while demonstrating Burberry Behaviours and motivation to succeed
- Cultivate customer loyalty through active client development, maintaining an up-to-date client book, and executing clienteling activities including courtesy emails and reactivation efforts
- Execute visual merchandising standards by maintaining the selling floor, completing monthly floorsets, and ensuring proper merchandise presentation including hangers, tissue paper, and pricing
- Maintain floor presence throughout shifts, ensuring readiness at opening and optimal merchandise replenishment at closing
- Support back-of-house operations including markdown processes, bi-annual inventory participation, pre-sale goal achievement, and stockroom organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Strong proven track record in driving sales and meeting sales targets
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and clienteling
- Interest in fashion and design
