Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Burberry Experience on every customer interaction, consistently meeting and striving to exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date client book and execute proactive client development activities (follow-up emails, invitations, reactivation and capture compliance).
- Provide exceptional customer service and selling, applying superior interpersonal and communication skills to convert and retain clients.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation according to Burberry visual standards and monthly floorset plans.
- Ensure strong floor presence: arrive ready for the selling day, replenish merchandise, maintain fitting rooms and keep the selling floor customer-ready.
- Support back-of-house operations including markdowns, bi-annual inventory, stock room maintenance, pre-sale goals and store contests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets.
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
- Strong clienteling skills and experience maintaining a detailed client book.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Motivated, results-driven and adaptable to change with a genuine interest in fashion or design.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment, with demonstrable success meeting individual sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or customer experience is desirable.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 19 per hour.
