Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative selling and exceptional customer service aligned with Burberry Experience standards and brand image
- Achieve individual sales goals and key performance metrics including units per transaction (UPT) and average transaction value (ATV) while exhibiting Burberry Behaviours
- Cultivate and maintain client loyalty through active client development, relationship correspondence, and an up-to-date client book
- Execute monthly floorsets and maintain visual standards through proper merchandise presentation, including folding, hanging, and ticketing procedures
- Ensure continuous floor presence and selling floor readiness, including merchandise replenishment, fitting room maintenance, and end-of-shift preparations
- Support inventory management, markdown processes, and back-of-house operations including stockroom organization and stock rotation
- Participate in pre-sale initiatives, store contests, and capture compliance activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Advanced proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and store management technologies
- Strong clienteling background and proven track record of client relationship building
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience, preferably within a luxury retail or premium fashion environment. Proven track record of driving sales growth, meeting sales targets, and developing strong client relationships in a customer-facing role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional fashion, retail management, or customer service training is advantageous.
