Role & Responsibilities
- Embrace the Burberry Experience and adhere to luxury brand standards and guidelines during all customer interactions
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals whilst demonstrating Burberry Behaviours and core brand values
- Provide exceptional customer service, superior interpersonal communication, and motivated selling techniques
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date client book; cultivate customer loyalty through active relationship building and follow-through
- Execute monthly floorsets and maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines and company procedures
- Ensure selling floor readiness at the beginning and end of shifts; replenish merchandise and manage fitting room maintenance throughout the day
- Assist with markdown processes, bi-annual inventory counts, and stock room organization
- Participate in pre-sale activities, store contests, and capture compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and consistently meet sales targets
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and store management systems
- Strong clienteling background and proven experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant interest in fashion and design
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Demonstrated track record of driving sales, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships through clienteling practices.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no formal tertiary education required. Relevant fashion or design coursework is advantageous.

Compensation
