Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently meet individual sales goals while embodying Burberry Behaviours and delivering superior customer service
- Build customer loyalty through active client development, maintaining detailed client books, and executing cultivate activities including courtesy communications and reactivation campaigns
- Embrace and execute the Burberry Experience throughout all customer interactions, reflecting luxury brand standards and image
- Execute monthly floorsets and maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines, including merchandise placement, folding, and ticket placement
- Ensure active floor presence throughout shifts, maintaining clean and replenished selling floors and fitting rooms
- Participate in mark-down processes, bi-annual inventory activities, pre-sale initiatives, and stock room maintenance
- Assist in store contests and achieve financial targets including units per transaction (UPT) and average transaction value (ATV)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting sales targets
- Advanced knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) and store systems
- Strong clienteling background
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities
- Results-driven mindset with flexibility to adapt to change
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment, with preference for luxury retail background. Demonstrated success in driving sales, meeting targets, and developing client relationships. Proficiency with POS systems and retail operations required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail or customer service certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19 to USD 20 per hour.
