Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver the Burberry Experience consistently in every customer interaction and adhere to brand training and luxury standards.
• Meet and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and consultative service.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and an up-to-date, detailed client book; execute outreach activities (courtesy emails, reactivation, invitations).
• Execute visual merchandising and monthly floorsets to brand standards; maintain presentation of merchandise and fitting rooms.
• Maintain constant selling-floor presence: replenish stock, fold and hang merchandise correctly, and ensure the floor is ready at the start and end of each shift.
• Support back-of-house operations including markdowns, bi-annual inventory, stockroom organisation and put-away of pulled stock.
• Participate in pre-sale goals, store contests and other commercial initiatives to drive traffic and conversion.
• Comply with capture and CRM requirements and contribute toward client development KPIs (UPT, ATV, conversion).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong clienteling experience and familiarity with maintaining a detailed client book.
• Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented retail environment and adapt to change.

Skills

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience, ideally in a luxury or premium-brand environment, with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and execute client development activities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or fashion training preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 20.75 per hour.
