Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and develop long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM follow‑up.
  • Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and conversion optimisation.
  • Present merchandise to brand standards: maintain visual merchandising, replenishment and on‑floor styling.
  • Operate cash register and POS systems accurately; process transactions, returns and exchanges in line with company policy.
  • Support stock management activities including receiving, tagging, inventory counts and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Contribute to store events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives; support opening/closing and daily store operations.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Korean; professional-level English is an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, fashion or premium brands.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver measurable client development.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with polished presentation and grooming appropriate for a luxury environment.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays; able to work retail shift patterns.
