Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and adherence to Burberry’s retail strategies.
  • Deliver the Burberry Experience at every customer interaction, demonstrating impeccable service, product knowledge and brand behaviours.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed client book; execute clienteling activities including follow-up communications, invitations and reactivation efforts to build loyalty.
  • Operate POS and store systems accurately, manage transactions and support capture compliance requirements.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store standards: execute monthly floorsets, replenish merchandise, fold and hang product correctly, and ensure tickets/packaging follow brand guidelines.
  • Sustain an active floor presence: prepare the selling floor at shift start, maintain activity throughout shift, and ensure dressing rooms and merchandising areas are orderly.
  • Support back-of-house operations: assist with markdowns, bi-annual inventory, pre-sale targets, store contests, and stockroom organisation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving client development.
  • Advanced proficiency with POS and store systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience

At least one year of frontline sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion retail, with demonstrated success in driving sales, developing client relationships and executing retail standards.
