Burberry is hiring a Client Advisor in Singapore to deliver personalised luxury clientelling and drive sales through appointments and exceptional service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, appointment-driven luxury service that builds long-term client relationships and drives incremental sales.
- Achieve and surpass individual and store commercial KPIs (appointments, UPT, ATV, AUR) through effective clientelling and closing techniques.
- Inspire desire for the brand through storytelling, expert product knowledge and considered styling advice.
- Manage the end-to-end client journey: make a strong initial impression, discover client needs, recommend product and styling solutions, close sales and ensure appropriate after-sales follow-up.
- Contribute to daily store operations including replenishment, inventory management, markdown handling and maintaining back-of-house standards.
- Uphold Burberry visual merchandising and presentation standards across the sales floor; support execution of in-store visual directives when required.
- Proactively grow the client book by acquiring new luxury clients and retaining existing clients via regular contact and tailored appointments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment and support store-wide initiatives and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding retail sales targets.
- Prior experience in clientelling or appointment-based luxury sales.
- Strong knowledge of fashion, product assortment and styling techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with impeccable personal presentation.
- Commercially minded, results-driven and highly customer-focused.
- Flexible, collaborative and adaptable to a dynamic retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrable retail experience with a history of strong sales performance and prior clientelling duties; experience working within a team in a luxury retail environment is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or luxury sales training is advantageous.
