Burberry is hiring a Client Advisor in Seoul — deliver luxury client service and drive sales in a flagship boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, high‑touch client service and build long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of seasonal collections.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, window displays and product presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions, returns and after‑sales service accurately and professionally.
- Manage stock, perform inventory controls and support receiving, replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador by staying current on product knowledge, heritage and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with the store team and management to deliver a seamless client experience and support store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in luxury retail, premium fashion or a client‑facing sales environment (preferred).
- Proven commercial orientation with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPI delivery.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour consistent with a luxury brand.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays; ability to work retail shift patterns.
- Right to work in South Korea and ability to operate within local labour requirements.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail with demonstrable sales performance and client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in retail, fashion or business are advantageous.
