Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, discreet client service that reflects the maison’s brand standards and luxury positioning.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling, follow-up and tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by converting walk-ins, appointments and leads into sales.
- Maintain and update CRM records, track client preferences and coordinate outreach programmes to grow the client base.
- Execute merchandise presentation and visual standards on the sales floor; assist with stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Process sales transactions, returns and repairs accurately; ensure compliance with cash-handling and POS procedures.

Qualifications
