Burberry Mexico City — Client Advisor: deliver personalised luxury service, build client relationships and achieve sales KPIs in Burberry's retail team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalised, appointment-driven luxury service to new and existing clients, using storytelling to convey the brand and create desire.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store commercial KPIs (appointments, UPT, ATV, AUR) and other sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up, clienteling and after-sales service.
  • Provide expert product, fashion and styling advice to inspire purchase and drive client retention and incremental spend.
  • Support daily store operations and uphold luxury standards in front- and back-of-house, including merchandising, stockroom maintenance and inventory tasks as required.
  • Adhere to Burberry policies and visual guidelines to maintain boutique presentation and customer experience standards.
  • Collaborate with the store team to foster a positive working climate and contribute to team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Demonstrable clientelling experience with appointment selling and client acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of product, fashion and competitor positioning.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, client-focused demeanour.
  • Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable; able to work collaboratively within a team.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury or premium retail with a proven record of sales performance and client acquisition. Must have hands-on clientelling experience and familiarity with boutique operations and team selling.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal study in retail, fashion or a related discipline preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Mexico City, Ciudad de México, Mexico.
