Confidential luxury maison in London seeks a Client Advisor to deliver personalised service and drive sales in a flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to high-net-worth and discerning customers, building long-term relationships and ensuring repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of complementary product categories.
- Execute proactive clienteling activities: prospecting, appointment management, follow-ups and tailored communications using CRM tools.
- Maintain superior product knowledge across seasonal collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients with authority and discretion.
- Uphold boutique visual and merchandising standards, ensuring displays, inventory presentation and store ambience reflect brand DNA.
- Manage transactional duties accurately using POS systems, handle in-store stock, receipts, exchanges and after-sales requests with confidentiality.
- Support private client events, trunk shows and appointments, collaborating with store management and cross-functional teams as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or boutique sales, preferably within fashion, leather goods or accessories.
- Demonstrable excellence in client relationship management and bespoke service delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Discretion, professionalism and the ability to represent a premium brand to affluent clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
