Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and international clients, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active prospecting, clienteling and close collaboration with the boutique team.
  • Manage client appointments, private viewings and personal shopping experiences with discretion and attention to detail.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, manage returns/exchanges and ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards, assist with visual resets and ensure product knowledge is current across collections.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales; demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and deliver high-value transactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Polished, client-centric demeanour and strong discretion when dealing with high-profile customers.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods; right to work in the UK.
