Role & Responsibilities
- Embrace the Burberry Experience and adhere to luxury brand standards and image guidelines in all customer interactions
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while exhibiting Burberry Behaviours and driving store performance
- Provide superior customer service, demonstrating strong selling skills and motivation to achieve sales goals
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date client book, actively cultivating customer loyalty through follow-through and relationship management
- Execute courtesy communications, reactivation campaigns, and capture compliance activities to build lasting client relationships
- Maintain visual standards across the selling floor through monthly floorsets, merchandise replenishment, proper folding, hanging, and ticketing techniques
- Manage selling floor presence at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring the floor is ready for customers and properly replenished for the next trading day
- Maintain fitting room cleanliness and organization throughout the day
- Assist with markdown processes, bi-annual inventory, stock room maintenance, and stock organization
- Participate in store contests and pre-sale initiatives to drive seasonal performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Advanced proficiency with POS systems and store management software
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong clienteling experience and demonstrated ability to build customer relationships
