Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while executing retail-led growth strategies and department category development
- Embrace and deliver the Burberry Experience during all customer interactions, demonstrating superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Develop new customer relationships and actively maintain and cultivate an up-to-date client book through detailed follow-through and clienteling activities
- Execute courtesy and relationship communications, reactivation, and capture compliance as part of the Cultivate program
- Maintain visual standards on the selling floor, including executing monthly floorsets, merchandising placement, replenishment, and proper ticketing procedures
- Ensure the selling floor is ready at the beginning of each shift and fully replenished at day's end; maintain fitting room cleanliness and organization
- Support back-of-house operations including mark down processes, bi-annual inventory, pre-sale activities, store contests, and stockroom organization
- Consistently exhibit Burberry Behaviours, demonstrating a positive attitude, results-driven mindset, and flexibility to change
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet sales targets
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems
- Strong clienteling background
- Excellent customer service level
- Relevant interest in fashion and design
- Willingness to work in and promote a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience
A minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting sales targets. Strong clienteling background and proven experience in customer service excellence are essential.
