Burberry is hiring a Retail Team Manager to lead its Men’s Wear team at Selfridges in London, developing Client Advisors, driving category performance and building lasting client relationships. The role also oversees floor coverage, stock management and transfers while partnering with Selfridges leadership to deliver seamless client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire Client Advisors to deliver exceptional luxury service and achieve commercial goals.
- Drive category performance through visible shop-floor leadership, performance management and regular coaching.
- Build a culture of client development, ensuring the team proactively nurtures long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Create elevated, personalised client experiences that reflect Burberry’s luxury standards and brand values.
- Oversee floor coverage, stock management, transfers and execution of business priorities to support operational excellence.
