Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Lead and train sales staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Support store manager with strong accountability.
- Maintain personal appearance in line with brand standards.
- Understand customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
- Collect and maintain customer data.
- Handle phone reservations, inquiries, and in-store promotions.
- Manage customer complaints following established procedures.
- Strive to meet store and category sales targets.
- Replenish stock to ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled and described.
- Assist with store deliveries as needed.
- Execute all sales processes, including refunds, exchanges, and VAT procedures.
- Utilize store management systems effectively.
- Comply with internal purchase procedures and health and safety protocols.
- Participate in staff training and meetings.
- Maintain store cleanliness.
- Complete tasks assigned by store manager or management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher.
- Extensive product knowledge and excellent sales skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proactive and team-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in branded apparel or accessories.
