Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and adherence to loss‑prevention protocols.
- Coach, motivate and develop sales associates to achieve individual and store targets through regular feedback and on‑the‑job training.
- Deliver exceptional client service and oversee clienteling activities to cultivate long‑term relationships with high‑value customers.
- Manage staff scheduling, shift coordination and short‑term rostering to optimise coverage for peak trading periods.
- Monitor sales performance and assist the store manager with sales forecasting, reporting and execution of commercial initiatives.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation meet maison standards; coordinate merchandise replenishment and stockroom organisation.
- Resolve customer service escalations and mediate frontline staff conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
- Enforce compliance with brand policies, health & safety regulations and local labour laws.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, ideally within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and coaching teams to achieve targets.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent customer service orientation and polished clienteling capabilities.
- Solid numeracy for cash handling, basic forecasting and inventory controls.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; high standards of personal presentation.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or team‑lead role; prior experience within luxury fashion or premium retail strongly preferred.
Education
