Burberry Retail Supervisor — Mexico City. Lead the sales floor, coach associates and deliver the Burberry Experience in a flagship retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate and coach sales associates on the selling floor to ensure consistently exceptional customer experiences and attainment of sales KPIs.
- Provide real-time, transaction-level coaching and post-interaction feedback to develop selling skills and close sales.
- Manage customer flow to guarantee timely, attentive service and uphold the brand’s service standards; act as a quality-control presence on the floor.
- Collaborate with store management, stock associates and specialists to optimise in-store partnership and operational execution.
- Lead Burberry Experience training initiatives in-store; reinforce key behaviours through role-play, morning huddles and weekly meetings.
- Develop and retain talent through monthly development plans and formal performance feedback in partnership with management.
- Resolve complex customer escalations and escalate to management when required; in management absence, authorise promotional discounts, employee sales and post-void transactions.
- Drive the in-store digital experience by leveraging mobile devices and digital resources to engage clients when face-to-face contact is not possible.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, including securing merchandise and POS operations; ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years' supervisory or first-line management experience in retail sales.
- Advanced knowledge of POS system operations and transactional procedures.
- Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and comfort using digital sales tools to support client engagement.
- Demonstrated coaching ability and a track record of developing selling talent and improving KPI performance.
- Strong customer-service orientation with the capacity to manage escalations and maintain service excellence under pressure.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales, with demonstrable outcomes in coaching, KPI improvement and team development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary qualifications in retail, business, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Mexico City, Ciudad de México, Mexico.
