Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Act as a quality control supervisor to ensure memorable customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with associates to enhance selling skills and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead a high-performing, customer-focused team and provide necessary coaching.
  • Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service and attention.
  • Foster collaboration between sales associates, specialists, and operations team.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to associates after transactions.
  • Develop and retain talented employees through recognition and performance reviews.
  • Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers when needed.
  • Collaborate with store management on Burberry Experience training and goal setting.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management as required.
  • Process transactions and authorize discounts in the absence of store management.
  • Drive the digital experience in-store and utilize digital communication tools.
  • Understand and communicate business needs and ideas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of POS systems. Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and digital tools. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Experience

1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales is required.
