Role & Responsibilities

- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service and no unattended clients.
- Foster collaboration on the selling floor between sales associates and the operations team.
- Provide in-the-moment coaching and post-transaction feedback to associates.
- Develop and retain talent through recognition and performance reviews.
- Deliver the Burberry Experience to customers as needed.
- Partner with management to oversee Burberry Experience training.
- Set goal expectations and deliver performance feedback in collaboration with management.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Handle store operations in the absence of management, including transaction processing.
- Drive the digital experience in-store and utilize digital tools for communication.
- Understand and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
