Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while accurately processing transactions on the POS system.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window presentation, garment steaming and on-floor housekeeping.
- Manage stock: receive and process deliveries, conduct inventory counts, and support replenishment and stock rotation.
- Act as brand ambassador by demonstrating product knowledge, craftsmanship and storytelling during client interactions.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings and store events; support loss-prevention and returns procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary school completion; tertiary coursework in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
- Fluent in Korean; conversational or better English is a plus for international clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing manner appropriate to luxury retail.
- Reliable availability for retail shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience
Preferably 1+ years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, premium fashion or lifestyle brands; demonstrable success against sales targets and experience with walk-in and appointment-driven client portfolios.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary studies in fashion, retail or business preferred but not required.
