Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to high-net-worth and discerning customers, building long-term relationships through active clienteling.
  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed boutique KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Present and articulate product provenance, materials and craftsmanship to support premium pricing and elevate the client experience.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation, ensuring merchandise is replenished and faced according to brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage returns/exchanges in line with policies.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock receiving, daily stock counts and loss-prevention measures.
  • Participate in boutique events, private appointments and after-sales follow-up to nurture client loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide high-touch service in a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to build rapport quickly.
