Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value customer experiences and memorable brand interactions on the selling floor
- Coach and provide real-time feedback to sales staff on selling techniques and transaction management to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators
- Lead a high-performing, customer-focused team while setting the pace and standard for excellent service delivery
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service levels and prevent clients from being left unattended
- Foster collaboration across sales associates, specialists, stock associates, and operations personnel on the selling floor
- Conduct post-transaction coaching and follow-up discussions to reinforce successes and address opportunities for improvement
- Develop and retain talent through monthly development plans, performance reviews, and recognition programs
- Partner with store management to establish and deliver formal performance feedback and Burberry Experience Development Plans
- Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management when necessary
- Authorize promotional discounts, process post-void transactions, and approve employee sales in the absence of store management
- Drive digital experience in-store and leverage digital resources for communication
- Support opening and closing procedures, including securing merchandise and facilities and managing POS systems
- Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Communicate business needs and strategic ideas to support store performance and growth
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency with POS systems
- Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools
- 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales
- Strong understanding of luxury brand service standards and customer engagement
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
