Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised clienteling by cultivating long-term relationships, anticipating needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Manage the full retail sales cycle: welcome clients, demonstrate product features, close sales and ensure high-quality aftercare.
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards through disciplined visual merchandising, stock replenishment and floor presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including returns, exchanges and bespoke orders; ensure strict cash-handling controls.
- Use CRM tools and sales reporting to record client interactions, follow up on leads and contribute to boutique performance metrics.
- Support appointment scheduling, private client events and bespoke service offerings to enhance loyalty and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and participate in regular product and service trainings.
- Adhere to brand standards for dress, behaviour and confidentiality when handling high-value client information.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or premium client-facing sales (see experience).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evening client appointments.
- Right to work in the role's country and availability for in-person boutique shifts.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with demonstrable success in client acquisition, retention and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, customer service or luxury brand management is advantageous.
