Role & Responsibilities

- Provide luxury service and demonstrate expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
- Follow the client journey to elevate the client experience in the store.
- Efficiently follow-up and deliver after-sales services to clients.
- Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and work by appointment to provide personalized service.
- Capture new luxury clients to grow the client book with a commercial objective mindset.
- Drive client retention by regular contact and appropriate follow-up on sales or client requests.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in clientelling.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Strong product knowledge and good understanding of retail operations.
- Understanding of competitor products.
- Experience working as part of a team.
