Role & Responsibilities
- Produce and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports for directly operated stores, highlighting KPI trends (traffic, conversion, AUR, sales) and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Lead ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to diagnose performance drivers, identify opportunities and quantify risks for the region.
- Manage retail performance programmes end-to-end (commercial targets, incentive schemes): define schemes, set targets, track results and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Design, build and maintain retail dashboards and reporting tools to drive accountability across the directly operated store network.
- Act as primary liaison with store leadership to surface market trends, local intelligence and operational needs.
- Provide strategic support for key projects including project management, preparation of Board/CEO review materials and contribution to the annual budget process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of approximately 2 years’ professional experience in a comparable commercial, analytical or business intelligence role; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with proven ability to structure and present complex analyses.
- Demonstrable ability to analyse large, complex datasets and translate results into concise, business-focused recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple organisational levels.
- High attention to detail, organised, inquisitive and able to think strategically.

Experience
Approximately 2+ years in a business analyst, commercial analyst or retail performance role; experience within luxury retail or fashion preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 95,000 to USD 105,000 per annum.
