Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive visibility across fabric and trim readiness, tracking bookings, stock levels, testing status, and delivery milestones to support production call-off and floorset alignment
- Partner closely with Raw Material Procurement, Sourcing, Industrialisation, and Product Operations teams to ensure cross-functional alignment across key milestones and governance activities
- Proactively identify and escalate material risks, shortages, or delays with clear insight, analysis, and actionable recommendations to mitigate execution risk
- Support governance activities including leather testing, cut-to-clear processes, pre-buy readiness assessments, and material commitment tracking
- Contribute to improving operational processes, reporting frameworks, and governance structures to strengthen execution visibility across the product lifecycle
- Provide operational guidance and mentorship to junior operational resources within the team and foster a culture of accountability and execution excellence
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in raw materials, product operations, sourcing, or supply chain management within product-led environments
- Strong understanding of fabric and trim development, procurement flows, testing protocols, and production readiness requirements
- Proficiency in analysing operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams with precision and composure
