Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement strategy for raw materials, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver consistent and efficient outcomes
  • Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including selection, onboarding, performance tracking and continuous improvement
  • Negotiate pricing, capacity and lead times to support business needs while maintaining strong supplier partnerships
  • Monitor market trends and manage risk, including commodity fluctuations and excess material optimisation
  • Drive accurate planning and reporting, ensuring data integrity across systems and clear visibility of supplier performance
  • Support and develop team capability, fostering collaboration and continuous growth within the function
