Role & Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategy for raw materials, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver consistent and efficient outcomes
- Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including selection, onboarding, performance tracking and continuous improvement
- Negotiate pricing, capacity and lead times to support business needs while maintaining strong supplier partnerships
- Monitor market trends and manage risk, including commodity fluctuations and excess material optimisation
- Drive accurate planning and reporting, ensuring data integrity across systems and clear visibility of supplier performance
- Support and develop team capability, fostering collaboration and continuous growth within the function

- Strong experience in raw materials management within a luxury or fashion environment
- Solid understanding of textile production processes and supplier landscapes
- Confident negotiator with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver to critical timelines
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and informed decision-making
- Collaborative and resilient, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Comfortable working with systems and tools to manage data, track materials and support decision-making (e.g. PLM or similar platforms)
