Role & Responsibilities
- Own planning, coordination and delivery of social-first creative projects for Brand and Beauty social channels from brief through launch.
- Translate creative briefs into detailed timelines, workflows, deliverables and asset specs aligned to platform requirements (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
- Manage production and post-production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of final assets in required formats.
- Coordinate reviews, stakeholder approvals and legal/brand compliance checks to maintain quality and governance.
- Liaise with Creative, Social, Marketing, Communications, PR, Events, VIP and Beauty teams to align execution and workflows.
- Partner with Social Media to synchronise production timelines with content calendars and campaign launches.
- Oversee relationships with external agencies, production vendors, licensing partners and freelancers to track deliverables and dependencies.
- Maintain organised project documentation, trackers and post-project wash-ups; flag risks and escalate to Senior Project Manager as required.
- Provide day-to-day production support across concept development, pre-production, shoot execution and post-production delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in project management, production coordination, social content production, or creative operations; experience within beauty, fashion or luxury preferred.
- Proven track record managing social campaigns, content production or brand activations from brief to delivery.
- Strong organisational, time-management and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of production and post-production workflows and social-first asset delivery requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience working with creative teams and agencies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and comfortable maintaining project trackers and documentation.

At least 3 years' demonstrable experience in project management or production coordination for social content, preferably within beauty, fashion, or luxury brands or agencies.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, film/production, creative industries, or a related discipline.
