Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports using Excel and Tableau for Global Customer Service Teams.
  • Manage Management Information (MI) reporting and analysis across operational performance, productivity, and customer service financial reporting.
  • Conduct data modeling, requirements gathering, and gap analysis to develop business intelligence solutions.
  • Utilize large volumes of internal and external data sources for model development and analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness through detailed data and business analysis.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer service technologies and systems such as Vonage, SAP C4C, and LivePerson.
  • Develop high-quality presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into executive-level insights.
  • Support strategic, tactical, and operational transformation initiatives using structured project management methodologies.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Experience producing business performance reports.
  • Experience in customer service operations is advantageous.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools such as Tableau and Salesforce analytics. Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to diverse audiences. Strong time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong sense of ownership, driving tasks and projects through to completion. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience

Experience in producing business performance reports and customer service operations is advantageous.
