Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain departmental purchase orders to ensure accurate budget reporting and timely vendor payments.
  • Monitor departmental budgets through spend reports and participate in weekly meetings.
  • Oversee sample and stock management through vendor follow-up, shared trackers, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Organize, file, and archive samples, swatches, and raw materials.
  • Collaborate with Showroom teams to provide accurate product details and information.
  • Train international internal teams by leading meetings, creating guides, and serving as the main contact for queries.
  • Foster positive vendor relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Provide administrative support for ad hoc and seasonal activities within the Product Development team.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with experience in data entry.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace with flexibility and initiative.
  • Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PLM software.

Experience

Experience in handling large volumes of data entry with accuracy and speed is required.
