Role & Responsibilities

  • Input and update PLM systems, ensuring data accuracy throughout the collection process.
  • Collaborate with Product Developers to maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliveries.
  • Manage documentation for collection overviews.
  • Track and report on budgets for product development, prototypes, and samples.
  • Organize, file, and archive samples and swatches.
  • Support the product development and design teams with product information, such as spec sheets, color cards, and sample archives.
  • Update boards and collection books.
  • Assist the Product Development Administration with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Some experience in Product Development is required.
  • Experience in the Flou category is advantageous.

Skills

Strong attention to detail. Experience with large volumes of data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Commercial awareness of product costs and budget tracking. Effective communication skills for clear and concise information sharing. Knowledge and passion for fashion, trends, and luxury consumer behavior. Ability to operate with flexibility, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in PLM, Excel, and InDesign.

Experience

Some experience in product development, with a preference for familiarity with the Flou category.
