Role & Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain accuracy of PLM data throughout the collection lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Product Developers to manage manufacturer and supplier relationships and ensure timely, on-budget shipments
  • Manage collection overview documentation and maintain organizational filing systems
  • Track and report on budgets for product development, prototypes, and samples
  • Organize, file, and archive samples and swatches with systematic precision
  • Provide product information support to design and development teams, including specification sheets, colour cards, and sample archives
  • Update collection boards and reference books to reflect current product specifications
  • Assist the Product Development Administrator with administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in product development or related function
  • Strong commercial awareness of product costing and budget management
  • Proficiency with PLM systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Fashion industry knowledge and demonstrated understanding of luxury market trends and consumer expectations
  • Exceptional organizational and filing skills
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of data entry with consistency and accuracy
